      Pros

      RDI works one on one if you need the extra help they are friendly and welcoming. RDI has not only helped me with my smart goals for work but with personal goals too. the supervisors care and take extra time if you have questions or even concerns. RDI includes everyone and has programs of inclusion for all I highly recommend RDI if you are looking for employment that will help you grow and learn in the long term.
