Pros

Cool people, easy work, flexible schedule

Cons

They use a system that messes up your hours and they always promise to put them on the next check but that check's hours will be messed up too, so you'll never get paid for your full hours. The labor board doesn't care because your getting more than minimum wage, therefore what they're doing is LEGAL. They have too many relatives and couples that work there and those people get treated better, some won't be written up or fired for being late or not coming in, but you will be. They'll put you on projects that won't get any calls and then send you home early. No chance of getting 80 hours every 2 weeks!!!! Some of those people are GHETTO and trash!!! Beware of the "RICO SUAVE" who sleeps with all of the latino girls that work there. He hasn't been fired for sexual harassment because he probably slept with a boss that works there.

Pros

There is free coffee in the break room, and some of the employees are cool. It pays a little better than minimum wage.

Cons

Overall working here was a very negative experience. Members of the leadership team use foul language, and that sets the tone for the entire organization. I was informed on short notice that I would be required to work a weekend when I had already told my supervisor a week before that I would not be able to work that weekend. Things are constantly changing, and you never know from one day to the next how a given situation will play out. There are a lot of workplace rumors, and management members date employees; if it doesn't work out, the fallout can be toxic.

Pros

It's good to have a job.

Cons

Management is rude and insulting. It's impossible to get a raise - unless you threaten to quit. They have bedbugs-- but if you see them, management sends you home for alarming others.
