Great atmosphere to work in, the company takes care of its employees and gives you everything you need to do your job.

Lots of growth which is a great thing, the growing pains of refining how the business runs can be challenge

Excellent benefits, and pay. Tons of training provided by RDO to further career. Great family oriented company.

Cons

Some management tends to jump to conclusions, and not support employees when reworks come around. Service manager lacks the mechanical background to mentor service techs. Shop service advisors at the Plugerville Tx location are often unskilled. One got the position by sucking up not talent. He was a mediocre technician, and is proving to be a mediocre service advisor.
