Pros

Very relaxed environment, attire, music playing, and supervision. Friendly staff that become like family. Freedom to come and go as you please. Willingness to train you regardless of cost. All sorts of perks, company phone, wifi, computer, vehicle. Easy to get promoted and fair pay.

Cons

Sometimes the lack of management creates issues with lazy employees "getting away" with things. As with most companies favoritism is prevalent here, just do your best and you should be okay. Lack of organization/structure at times.

The company has great benefits. Pay and PTO are also very competitive. Advancement opportunities for employees. Career paths for service and parts employees. Culture is second to none. Family owned and locally manager. The locations are entrusted to make sound business decisions utilizing our core values. Training at all levels in all departments.

Cons

Needs more locations in Texas to better support our customers. Bigger footprint.
