Fairly straightforward company and expectations are normal for a sales job. Management is mostly great and do feel part of a family. Overall a really good company to get a start and gain experience. If you have more than 3 years sales experience you will be disappointed.

Cons

A dysfunctional family in part. Pay is really bad for a sales position. Technology you sell is average yet expensive. Went from happy to crappy real fast with a management change. Be very careful of who you work for. If you are interviewing and have a gut feeling about hiring manager, listen to it. Internal technology is archaic and reflects the companies view of spending. You make a lot of money for the organization and you will find upper management enjoying your work.
