Good, flexible side gig

Pros

I have worked with RD for about nine months now in two stints. It was a great flexible job while in school and it's perfect now for supplemental income. The job is straightforward and simple, which is good if you are able to focus on it. Pay per hour is eventually based on speed which is great for performance driven people.

Cons

They do not raise pay once you are out of training. It probably should adjust to inflation/minimum wage increases.

Our productivity pay structure has unlimited upside in terms of how high your effective hourly rate can get. We add compensation weekly to any associate whose effective rate would have been below their statutory minimum wage.

Pros

Being able to work around your schedule. They try to keep you close to home.

Cons

Training isn't great, but getting better. They want you to respond back quickly, but you will not get a quick response.
