-flexible work schedule -decent pay for what it is -working alone

Cons

-only four days to complete a project -if work dries up in your area, you’ve got to travel longer distances

Able to work early or late in the day depending on my availability within the days allowed to collect

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to know what priority I should get jobs done in, but I ask my District Manager and they help if needed schedule my days/jobs.

I mean it is a job.

Cons

-Pay Sucks -inflation has made it hard to actually make money after the cost of gas for the small jobs -you don't get a raise for being good at your job -no room for growth or moving up in the company -people keep quitting -it kind of is a gig job but you can't actually pick and choose what you want to do, in other words they treat you like a gig worker but you don't get the flexibility of a gig worker
