Pros
RetailData is a great company to work for, especially if you are more of an independent worker. As a Data Collector, you really feel a sense of accomplishment helping to keep the Retail market diverse and competitive. While the work can be tedious at times, the schedule is flexible allowing you a timeframe to get things done. My supervisors have all been very supportive and always available whenever I reach out to them. I have been working in the cooperate world for over a decade and this truly is one of the best jobs I've had.
Cons
Being an independent worker means that you do not get to interact with your co-workers that often. This if fine for me but it may be a negative for those who need socialization in the work place.
