Pros
You work when YOU want. You make your own schedule as long as you work a min of 15hrs per week (for part time). I have been staying local, not travelling too far whatsoever. I have been given excellent training by my manager, a co-worker and via the web. I love the up to date technology used and how easy and fun this job is. No stress. No micro management. Very laid back. Always help available if needed.
Cons
Yeah the pay could be better but I'll take the lower pay over having to punch a clock and having management breathing down my neck everyday.
