Pros
Make your own hours. Start date, end date as long as job is finished by end date. Work at your own schedule.
Cons
Disorganized. Manager will give you a bunch of jobs at the last minute that need to be done. Yet, tell you before taking the job it’s about time management. Time management would imply they give you enough time to plan around your schedule to get things done which is not at all factual.
