      Pros

      Work from home, Benefits are ok, Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Poorly run company. Systems constantly crashing. Upper leadership treats employees like crap. No training program for this size company. HR department is weak and probably the worst run that I have ever seen. You are not given the tools to properly do the job. Horrible structure. Zero guidance from upper leadership.

      Travel reimbursement. Good way to learn corporate espionage.Fixed schedules.

      Cons

      Requires every Sunday and there is no flexibility in the schedule. Company offers up to $17 per hour on the application and then tells you the pay range is really $12 per hour and you may be required to drive your own vehicle for up to 60 miles.The company said a friend of mine with 17 years of retail experience is not qualified for the job which is total b.s.

      Pay cut after a year

      Flexible schedule, and set your own hours. Work on your own, and don't have to sit at a desk all day. Performance bonuses.

      Cons

      Once I hit the one year mark working for this company, I received a pay CUT. This is a part time job, mainly taken to help pay bills. This pay cut equals about 50-90 dollars a month. That is pretty significant for a part time job, and would pay at least one, if not two of my bills every month. On top on that, they keep asking me to do more work.
