Part Time work available. Can create you own schedule within a time window for collection.

Cons

Need better overall scheduling and timing of jobs in relation to an employees entire schedule. Employees can't get the majority of their schedule in one week of the month. Need better managing of the jobs and spread collections over the entire month.

Working under the uncertainty of being asked to leave a work site. Starting several jobs on the same day. Management's lack of regular contact.

No raise or piece rate increase in ten years, bonuses taken away since Covid and never reinstated never get hired within area u actually want to stick in
