Pros

Flexible schedule, you have several days usually to get jobs done. Particular jobs can be done basically by starting on the start date and the rest of the job can be completed just about anytime the particular retail store you are working with is open.

Cons

Some jobs pay as little as one cent for every item you scan. Wow there are some better paying jobs, lots of them are low paying. They also expect you to drive all over creation to get these jobs done.
