      Flexible schedule, job is really easy to understand.

      Driving all over the place, pay is not good enough to compensate for the amount of driving.

      Pros

      There is not one benefit received from working for this company. New people are hired in at a higher rate, only the top 10% of qualified DCs receive a bonus, and the majority of jobs pay minimum wage, but when you interview, they tell you that the average DC makes $15 to $17 an hour. This is not true.

      Cons

      Inefficient business managers at every level. The top tier have never walked in our shoes and do not understand the process, so they make very poor decisions which affect the field in a negative way. If you speak up, they just ignore you and do not respond.

      Headway Corp is who hired me, everyone there was great

      -No communication from "supervisor" -Disorganized -All Instructions given were incorrect -Was hired, and three weeks later, still have not worked or been contacted
