Pros

Nice environment, good management, and friendly staff! All of the managers and coworkers I had were supportive and helpful. The company also engages in extra curricular activities outside of work supporting various types of organizations (Walks/runs for breast cancer, down syndrome, etc.)

Cons

When you start with the company, you will receive a generous pay rate. Over time, that pay rate increases each year depending on the bonus amount they give you. After 2 years of working there (1 year as temp), my pay rate only increased by $0.91. The last coworker I trained started out making over $1.50 more than my base rate I was given when I started. So, if you don't look for promotions or pay raises, you won't get any.

Pros

Decent pay and flexible hours

Cons

The training for this job was only a few hours and should have been longer. Given the amount of data collectors need to gather there should been longer easily assailable training for new comers.

Pros

Piece rate is good for some projects

Cons

Management and training is spotty, expectations are unrealistic for such little pay, most lapel jobs are stressful and underpaid. Some specific projects should get paid more, not all lapels should be the same. Some projects are basically slave labor and expect you to do it perfect or the project is given to someone else. They expect you to work for free such as administrative things this should be compensated like most retail jobs. Management always angry and frustrated with poor people skills.
