Pros

Flexibility of the position - can go early or late to stores. Remote managers Can set own hours/schedule

Cons

-- Mileage reimbursement is low .33 a mile! How much does gas cost now? -- Hard to budget because amount of hours change constantly and piece rate changes. What am I going to make each paycheck? -- Managers use emails instead of calling us --How can we move up in the company? --Some people get more hours than others --Alot of informationn is not given to the employeess to do work better

Pros

The overall pay is pretty good. But you will be unable to figure out if you are getting paid the right amount or not. Pay stubs are very hard to understand.

Cons

The position is very boring. If you are looking for something to challenge you mind, this is not the job for you.
