• Low-pay; start at an hourly rate, then moves to a pay per job rate - which seems like a pay cut, to an already low pay rate
• The dedicated IT & Training support lines, never seem to be available. Which means I have to contact my district team instead; which pretty much negates having the Support lines
• While there is an insensitive program, it is by nomination & only one candidate per district 'wins' per month...
For independently conducted work, with an already low-pay rate- the incentives & employee recognitions are lacking
