Pros

Semi flexible schedule, you get to know prices.

Cons

You are not paid as promised. The pay goes down, which works out to less than starting pay. They purposely give you low paying jobs first. Every week you get paid less and less for the same work. After expenses from traveling and personal phone use, I made nothing. They are always short staffed so you feel guilty calling in.

Thank you for your feedback. Pay is productivity-based. The faster you become, the higher your effective hourly pay rate will be. Our Research Associates receive mileage reimbursement and paid drive time. We regret you felt the HR team was not helpful. Our HR team strives to provide timely, helpful support to our field team.

Pros

All the coworkers I’ve met have been amazing, the flexibility is great, mileage reimbursement,

Cons

The pay tier system they have gives a misleading image of the pay, You maximize your speed halfway through and your paycheck continues to decrease until you “graduate” the program. This could really hurt employee retention rates. The pay lowers quite a bit in the end. They also don’t give raises or any PTO. Some of the jobs don’t pay for themselves. The due dates for jobs are a little frustrating. Should be a Sunday- Sunday system . If you have a full schedule there’s no wiggle room if something comes up. I also had virtually no training.

The Research Associate role has 2 distinct benefits -- the incredible flexibility to the work schedule and the productivity based pay program provides unlimited upside for the associate to grow/increase their hourly pay rate. We regularly review effective wages of our associates as well as market pay levels across the country so that we can stay competitive. The part-time Research Associate role is not eligible for paid vacation, however we do offer sick leave accrual, 401k plan with match upon completing 750 hours worked.
