      Ok for a job if you only want to work 3 or 4 hours a week.

      Cons

      Not enough training. Everything is done by phone or web camera. Very impersonal.

      Our Research Associate Quality/Training Team is a select group of people, all of whom have extensive prior experience in the RA role. This team administers training for new hires across North America every week and they offer a training support hotline 8am-8pm seven days a week. The training program includes required self-study (video learning/web-based modules) and group sessions via Teams.

      Easy to get on board. Jobs are straightforward and pretty simple.

      Cons

      No real in person training. The training videos are very helpful and have all the information needed.

      We recently implemented a great new structure and strategy to improve the Research Associate training and onboarding experience. We have been quickly solving and smoothing the few transitional bumps we encountered.
