Pros

Work hours are not set on shifts, but flexible, allowing you to complete jobs when you have time for them. After a training period, pay is determined by the amount of work done, not time, meaning you can get paid at an effective hourly rate that is quite high if you are efficient.

Cons

Remote work with relatively strained communication between employees, so no relationship with the people you work with. The number of jobs available may be limited, so you are not always able to get more work if you want more pay.

Pros

Flexibility (; Understanding & kindness or empathy from field support reps I've interacted with. Training personnel-similar, Angel & Patrick, the only 2 trainers I've interacted with(;

Cons

More training on the scanner, on the spot. I felt lost on my trial day- my 1st day on the job. Verbal explanations are good but incomplete in application for me. I did get the turn on, turn off keys, I did not know how to scan ); I think "I" missed that from Angel. I initially scanned the upc codes on the shelf tag, at 1st, nothing happened,... I questioned how to use this thing, then eventually ahhh, on the product. Yes it was I who missed it. made many unnecessary errors ); I liked the repeat tab, was not instructed sufficiently on the line function, I used it then told I was not to use it. I stopped. was recently instructed on the lock function which I'm sure "I" missed too, earlier. Love this function. PLEASE train on the scanner, at the location, more applicable than verbal instructions. Yes I watched the training videos, but you know, they don't give all the hands-on-actual-on-the-spot applications for this 1st timer. Did not know how to download a job, etc, asked another RA whom I saw at the store, was misdirected-told I needed wifi, none at FM, lost time & effort. later told not to ask another RA. Learned later about the delete function, the reboot. what to do to save my time on the scanner when using the bathroom, eating, etc. so the scanner timer is not running unnecessarily (thank Angel)

We regret your training seemed to have a rough start and you've shared feedback we do not typically hear. We want to help you get the training support you need. If the Training Support Hotline (available 7 days/week) is not providing what you need, please email HRHelp.

Pros

You set your own hours and can complete the jobs whenever you want as long as they are completed by the due date.

Cons

A LOT of drive time goes into this job. Often your drive time far outweighs the time you spend collecting data in stores and even though you get paid for your mileage, it often feels like you're not getting paid enough.

Drive time varies significantly across jobs. Our productivity pay structure has unlimited upside in terms of how high your effective hourly rate can get. Definitely talk with your DM about ways to maximize your earnings.
