      Great part-time job with few time restraints

      Pros

      I took this job because I wanted to fill a few hours a week for supplemental retirement income. It works great for me because my job starts on Wednesday and end on Friday- I can make the hours whenever during that time period. To me that is a huge bonus- no restrictions -just submit by a certain time on Friday and I'm good. I have no problem completing the work in that time period. The only thing I suggest is to call the training center for help if you need it. There is a learning curve so they are very helpful.

      Cons

      Learning curve. The initial training is not enough. Since it is virtual it was difficult at first to figure out exactly what needed done but the 1-800 help line was very beneficial.

      All of the managers have been extremely helpful through the training process and have made sure I know exactly what is needed from me.

      I didn't like that I keep getting work taken away from me merely because I live further away and they don't want to pay people to drive, if they don't have to do they keep offering MY jobs as an open position and when they find someone that lives in the city, they hire them and I lose those jobs so it's not even worth working for this company anymore because there isn't enough work in my immediate area to make it worth keeping this as even a part time job. Very disappointing that the company doesn't appreciate me enough to let me keep the mere 3 jobs that I have just so they can save a buck.
