New roles adding value to the organization. Leadership Team working on enhancing positive working relationships with employees. Improved on boarding processes for new hires. Excellent benefits medical, dental, vision and more to include excellent premiums. Improved communication methods for employees to include, bulletin board postings, huddle meeting update and electronic TV bulletin board communications. Family atmosphere.

Cons

Executive Leadership should be more visible on the warehouse floor and get to know their hourly employees.
