Pros

Over the last 10 years of working at Reeb I have watched the company evolve and grow in many areas. Today, Reeb is a great place to work. The people I work with every day in Bethlehem, PA are kind, professional and creative. My boss is smart, patient and I consider him a mentor both professionally and personally. Reeb is a rapidly growing company and with growth comes change, hard work, big projects and systems changes. Also, with growth comes career opportunities! If you are proactive, strategic and patient you will do well at Reeb. When you are given a large project, they like you to take full ownership and they do not micromanage. Reeb is conveniently located just minutes off of the rt78 Hellertown exit and has plenty of parking. Bethlehem town has flourished over the last 10 years. There are plenty of great places to grab lunch or dinner. If you like to work out, there are several gyms close by. Overall, I think Reeb is a great company to work for!

Cons

Currently, the interior design of the corporate office in Bethlehem, PA is bare. We just started the process of working with an interior design company to make the environment more functional, comfortable and inviting.

Pros

Consistent schedule, no changes. I worked in Reeb Finish. They'll tell you the review raises are only $.50 but you can get more if you work hard. My first 90 day review raise was a $1.50. Consistent/contractual reviews and raises. Standardized vacation/personal days.

Cons

No accountability, uneven workload. They would hire people I wouldn't trust to hold a screw driver let alone use pneumatic tools. People would disappear to the bath for 15 minutes of every hour. Everyone there does the minimum and it becomes contagious. I have too much work ethic to do the same but was eventually punished for it by running my area. I was given all the responsibility with no authority. I couldn't take my vacation days because they said no one could fill in for me. Would have lost them if I hadn't left. I had two "partners". One was given to me only because he got kicked out of his department for not speaking English. The second hated his previous position so faked an injury to get switched to mine. I brought my concerns to the supervisor several times and his favorite reply was "I'll see what I can do" so I'd leave him alone. He was too afraid of being the bad guy to make obvious changes.
