The staff were lovely, and the discounts on gear with practical uses were great.

Cons

High turnover, and not very much room to grow. Even employees that had been there for years were unable to become full-time

From my experience with a starting salary of $20 an hour, friendly coworkers, rather understanding managers, and an interesting field to be working in, I enjoyed my time there and miss my former coworkers. Managers were more than happy to help employees search for other opportunities within the company not just in the retail store location.

Cons

During off season, hours could become scarce. Understandably full time employees get the priority when hours become scarce. As mentioned prior the managers were still understanding and did their best to help regardless.
