Pros

One of the least toxic work environments I've been in. Friendly co-workers, respectful, thoughtful, encouraging supervisors, fun work. Lots of opportunities to try and learn new skills and move around. Engaging trainings. I'm a white, cis woman, and I can only speak for myself, but I felt that it was a welcoming community of people who care about whats going on in the world. I look forward to learning more about how unionisation progresses.

Cons

During the pandemic there were customers who were nasty and hateful and made working there very difficult despite management working very hard to keep everyone safe.
