Pros

- REI is doing its' best at trying to help the environment, when it is convenient for them - Their healthcare is actually quite good and is available for even part-time employees - They do try to inform their people on DEI topics and events - They do provide good PTO (for managers) and they do provide bonuses yearly - They do provide an extra Way-Day that is a paid day off for part-time and full-time employees (6 hours to part-time, 8 for full)

Cons

- They do not truly care for their employees well-being in regards to livelihood and hours - Their benefits package is dwindling as the company is seeing record drops in sales - They do not provide direct support for LGBTQIA+ workers and BIPOC workers through their store - They seem to only do things that are helpful to the community when it benefits them directly and financially
