Pros

Not bad for a retail job. Coworkers are all cool, Managment is nice.

Cons

They really want you to sell memberships. It felt like they cared more about memberships than you selling the right product.

Pros

Discounts (that’s about it nothing more)

Cons

You are very undervalued. Management is very pour and they have no clue what is going on! They have so little clue what is going on they give promotions and raises to the wrong people and (who only complain and make lots of noise) when the people who actually get the work done are ignored and payed less then those who done deserve it. Also there is so much red tape involved it is insane! And if you aren’t within certain “demographics” you will never see anything raise or promotions
