Pros

You get great prodeals. They are one of the few entry-level retail jobs with health insurance for part timers.

Cons

Overbearing union-busting in the last half year. I left in December. Several people from store 103 who were pro-union have been fired for “other” reasons. Leads are expected to do the work of managers with no pay increase. Raises are directly tied to your ability to push memberships, your product knowledge and ability to be a functional member of the team are in distant second place. Management team is poor quality, mostly just pushing corporate jargon down the pipeline in haphazard fashion with no human connection to subordinates.
