      Pros

      A great place to work. Supportive colleagues, challenging work, and strong leadership that really cares about the workforce. Lots of focus on making sure employees have a career path forward and many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes challenging projects require high demands on time and can be difficult to keep up with. This is to be expected of any new or difficult project.

      It’s a good company that genuinely cares about the people. They value hard work and are mission focused.

      Despite caring about the people, sometimes there is a disconnect between the upper management and folks on the ground.
