Thank you for your positive feedback regarding our salaries, our people, and our corporate culture. However, we’re concerned about your reasons for not recommending us to your friends and associates. You mention the possibility of H1B status workers being pressured with the threat of losing their H1B status. Thank you for taking the time to review REI Systems and express your feelings about our organization. We note that while you do not recommend us, you have been with us for over five years, so we see that as a kind of endorsement. We’re not sure what you mean by “poor work culture,” but we are continuously working on revising and improving our project planning practices to allow for contingencies and to ensure work life balance. As you know, not everyone embraces change in the same way and it takes time for a new mindset to be adopted by everyone. As for hiring more African Americans, we’d love to, but we’re not the only technology firm looking for the best people.
