Pros

policy of flexible work hours

Cons

many developers start work at 11. hinders team work. too many managers, less developers. managers promoted from senior positions, they run the show and mostly cannot be questioned for what they say by anyone. developers not upgraded to new tech, new employees recruited without a background in upgraded technology. many senior people survive on relationship management than actual skills. time estimates very unrealistic, situation during a release is chaotic.

Pros

No Pros at all as the Organization's Senior Authority are running it as per their rules and terms.

Cons

As a former employee of REI, I would like you enlighten the darker details, which will help you to make a sensible final decision, in case you are planning to get onboarded in the Organization. Organization Specific: - REI Systems is an Organization with low class management. They interview candidates introducing them a bluff of working with latest Technology (LWC in terms of salesforce), and later on, tag them to client project, using their app Exchange product, GovGrants (majority of the functionality is still at classic). - Post Corona Period, The organization is forcing employees to work in hybrid mode (twice a week WFO, rest WFH) and in case, if anyone fails to do so, pressurizing them to apply Loss of Pay Leaves, - Giving you a token amount in the name of an appraisal, mentioning that the Organization is in financial crisis and promoting the higher Authorities in the same time period. - Forcing employees to work multiple projects by segregating their working hours on the salary of one employee to implement cost cutting and despite of this, demanding excellent productivity. - Implementing micro-management by calculating the precise 9 office business hours in office premises excluding lunch break. if you punch-out of the premises, the Timing you were out won't be calculated. - It's strictly a HIRE & FIRE Company, terminating employees on the same day anytime, highlighting their concerns, without any prior intimation. Project Specific: - Higher Authorities failing to keep concerns / complaints confidential raised by a complainant employee for complainee. - Ignorant & egoistic Senior Management (Lead & Business Analyst). - Senior management is a failure in terms of managing the team. - Leads and Business analyst have no good choice of words and no professionalism at all. - Flirtatious & coquettish behavior of the lead, ignoring all the professionalism. - TL Taking professional concerns / complaints at personal level and showing personal argumentative behavior by making phone calls to employee at late night. Also, threatening team members on personal phone calls. - Lead / BAs having no attentivity and vigilance about work at working hours. - BA having no etiquettes and understanding of the project. improper and incomplete description being given and expecting developer to complete everything based on assumptions. - Reflection of Biased behavior by Team Lead, supporting only female co-workers of the project. - Team Lead disregards Team members efforts and taking credit of all the work done Infront of management panel. - Lead back-bitching and backbiting to one another to drill down details for themselves and provoking team members to implement a divide and conquer rule. - Always ignorant behavior of Team Lead & BA for one's opinion with respect to work, sometimes resulting resulting entire team to suffer. - lead / BA mindlessly thinking about providing estimations for work. have not given a successful estimation for work at once in their work tenure. blindly assigns things and then make the entire team suffer from it. - Lead showing impatient behavior and no humanity towards team members. Always impatient about work stuffs, like it should be in done in 5 minutes, Keep poking & irritating team members all the time. - Lead should understand about disciplined work, No employee is their personal servant, who will be available to them all the time. - Lead / BA every time demanding for acknowledgement of the pings, even for un-necessary or irrelevant messages. - Lead / BA wasting entire working hours by making themselves engaged in personal talks and later, forcing team members to stretch till late midnight or working continuously in weekends without break. This happens every time only because of Lead / BA ‘s Foolishness.

Pros

No pros to be seen

Cons

Performance management plan seems to be very week, they ask you to leave in one day even if you are confirmed employee and completed probation period. I was asked to leave after a year of service.
