      Pros

      REI is a great place for people with entry/mid level experience where you get to learn a lot about the standard industry business practices. Working on variety of projects allow you to become flexible and diverse.

      Cons

      Majority of the Project Managers/Portfolio Managers are horrible to work with. Most don't have respect for their team members and treat them as their "own" employees. A lot of internal politics is in place. Also, the PTO is very low with no sick leave or paid FMLA leave. Work hours are long, mostly 40+ hours every week. Managers take their team members for granted and think they are available to work late nights and on weekends. The owners also have a very Indian mind set for operating a company in the US.
