Pros

Flexible hours -- come in whenever you want (within reason, earlier than 10:30 am, etc) and do your work and 8 hours and you're good. Great facilities (new building) -- well lit and comfortable. Nice benefits -- decent 401k matching, good healthcare, etc.

Cons

Sometimes cheap -- won't pay any sort of overtime, but WILL dock your pay if you're under 80 hours (biweekly). Pretty much never provides free gifts, lunches, etc.

Worst Company to work For!

Business Outlook

Pros

A growing company with many project

Cons

Totally under staffed and real inexperienced management. Most of the line managers are from India with hardly any American work experience or knowledge of US labor laws. At the time of interview, they will be really nice to you but when you actually start working for them, they will expect you to work every night as well as weekends. These managers will not ask you if you are busy during he nights or weekends, they will simply tell you that you need to get the work done during nights or weekends. No apology for asking you to work during the nights or weekends, they will simply require you to work when the managers want.

Pros

policy of flexible work hours

Cons

many developers start work at 11. hinders team work. too many managers, less developers. managers promoted from senior positions, they run the show and mostly cannot be questioned for what they say by anyone. developers not upgraded to new tech, new employees recruited without a background in upgraded technology. many senior people survive on relationship management than actual skills. time estimates very unrealistic, situation during a release is chaotic.
