Thank you for your feedback. Glad to see our emphasis on compensating employees fairly as well as providing many tools for professional growth resonated with you. We all grow by receiving feedback on our performance – employees, managers, leaders. And while our Senior Management Team plans and adjusts our approach to projects and accounts to balance client needs, resources, and workload, they equally rely on input and feedback from all on the team. Our project management foundation is to apply industry standard practices and continually monitor programs to understand when and where adjustments should be made. And to maintain our culture of productivity, openness, transparency and feedback, we encourage everyone to share ideas and feedback. We have established many ways for Employees to share ideas and concerns on topics like work/life balance, company direction and project performance. We 1:1 conversations with their managers, skip 1:1 conversations (speaking to their boss’ boss), our anonymous “Text the Execs” mobile app, and even confidential conversations with our onsite coach. Additionally, we hold company-wide meetings throughout the year that incorporate Q&A sections on any topics put forth by employees. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

After careful consideration, the only pro is that they offer competitive salaries and benefits.

Cons

As a preface to this list, please understand that I am was not fired from my position. In fact, I received accolades. It was my decision to quit for the following reasons. 1. Work/Life balance=ZERO. This is despite the fact they tout how W/L balance is of utmost important to them (see website). Expect consecutive 12 hour days because MGMT did not adequately plan, consider priorities, or consider the level of effort. 2. Some of the most rude, ineffectual MGMT staff I have encountered in 2 decades of contracting. 3. An antiquated, hierarchical team structure where one person's opinion is more important than the others based on rank alone. Though they spout off about self-organizing teams, expect to be managed at the micro level. Literally. 4. Micro-management at a degree that can almost be considered an art form. They tell you to block off time on your calendar when you will be away from your desk, not for normal occurrences like doctor's appointments, but when you eat breakfast or lunch (15 min. for each) or need to pick up your kids from school. They need you to be on-call, 10X6 (min.). This is not an exaggeration. Be wary of those that claim it is "Best Job ever!". Truly, these reviews are slanted.
