Easy federal contract with lots of time.

Cons

Too many to list, very poor benefits. A lot of people from India, seems like they hire more family and friends, they're accents are strong and hard to understand.

In terms of salary, we carefully monitor broad, market-based, industry benchmarks, as well as striving for internal pay equity--both of which are vital in the context of a very dynamic labor market. We have recently completed a thorough compensation review exercise and remain committed to being proactive in this area. And while our Management Team plans and adjusts our approach to projects and accounts to balance client needs, resources, and workload, they equally rely on input and feedback from all on the team. To maintain our culture of openness, transparency and feedback, we encourage everyone to share ideas and feedback. Thank you for doing that with your post. Employees are encouraged to share ideas and concerns through all available avenues – 1:1 conversations with their managers, skip 1:1 conversations (speaking to their boss’ boss), our anonymous “Text the Execs” mobile app, and even confidential conversations with our onsite coach.
