We are disappointed to hear that your experience met neither your expectations nor our own, as we strive to provide stable and respectful management, meaningful work, and long-term growth opportunities for all team members across our diverse and growing portfolio. In regards to health insurance, this is a factor we take very seriously and is a complex decision set when considering the wide range of needs across the employee base. Currently, we have opted for a generous employer contribution to the Health Savings Account (HSA) that offsets higher deductibles, in combination with lower premiums. This plan, while advantageous overall for many, may not be the preferred approach for others. Please know that your comments here are heard and are sincerely taken into consideration in our annual benefits decision-making process. As every organization needs to continuously improve, we remain very encouraged that we have a broad spectrum of projects at REI that serve as inspiring best practices for others. In addition, our newly enhanced Delivery Excellence framework is proving effective as an internal guide for prioritized operational improvements in targeted areas at the project and program level.
