Great work-life balance. The vast majority of people are nice to work with. Most of the management is very transparent about the company's situation. Management makes a strong effort to find new projects for employees when their previous ones are completed

Cons

Unfortunately, REI was impacted by recent government cuts, and the company had to release many employees.
