Good pay, flexibility, promotion/raise structure, opportunities, and benefits. Employees really genuinely cared about and listened to. Leadership is humble and friendly. Employees are very happy and a large majority have been here for 10+ years. Lots of fun events. Managers truly care about furthering your career. Fun coworkers.

Cons

Some communication gaps as a result of quick growth. Mostly cubicles, but lots of natural light. Would like more remote work opportunities.
