Remote worker are barely attended to and it becomes really difficult to be promoted or in forging the necessary connections due to internal politics.

REI Systems does have a lot of benefits in that you have a lot of exposure to different government agencies, have the ability and flexibility to work on different projects, and get to interact with a wide tech stack.

Cons

The cons really depend on the project. The project I currently work on is a bit of a heavier workload than other projects so the hours are slightly worse.
