Pros

Good product based company. You will learn defintly Apex coding for salesforce but apart from Apex class their is not that much of scope for other salesforce modules like LWC, integration, flows. As it is product based company so they have gov cloud but market needs sales cloud or service cloud, so their is no scope for other clouds in the company.

Cons

As they are saying you will get work life balance but I work for 3 projects in this company I can't find any work life balance as well as no exposure in the other salesforce module like LWC, integration, flows, different types of clouds like sales cloud, service cloud etc.

Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts, especially in terms of areas of suggested growth. While we do have a few product lines, the majority of our delivery teams work more in a service capacity, delivering customized mission impact for our public sector clients. As for exposure to additional modules of Salesforce, we would encourage at least three independent avenues for pursuing these conversations: the Professional Development Team, the Delivery Services Team, as well as your account management. We certainly value team members who are proactive and forward-looking when it comes to how to best service our customers. When it comes to work/life balance, this is a genuine value of ours, though we recognize that the relevant drivers are very project specific. So, we invite you to raise these issues not only within your direct project team but also with your next level management, as well as with other corporate teams (delivery, people, HR) to ensure that high-impact drivers of morale are well understood in a timely manner. Again, thank you for your dedication and your review!

Thank you for taking time to provide a candid review. We are happy to hear confirmation that REI has many excellent attributes that you truly value. Likewise, we appreciate your comments on technologies. While we do not pursue any technology as an end in itself, there are certainly always ways in which we can continually grow and improve in this direction. One practical next step may be to speak with the Delivery Services team, your program leadership, or the Solution Engineering team to discuss specific areas where different technologies could enable your team to achieve greater efficiencies while delivering deeper impact for your customer. Thank you, again, for your reflections and for your efforts!

Pros

Good company to start working, fair growth, working culture is quite good.

Cons

Policies are just hell, no benefits, no cooperation from management. Once you put paper, you would become their enemies, no matter how hard and smarty you worked for them and contributed in company growth.
