Thank you for taking the time to share you feedback. So glad you recognized our learning emphasis as well as how our core company values guide and inform our culture as well as the clients we attract and the projects we work on. REI is a growing place that continues to adapt our internal offerings to the needs of our growing business. We survey our employees, stay attuned to industry offerings and innovations, an implement new programs for training and coaching available to all employees. This translates into a culture of transparency, trust, diversity, growth and inclusion for so many that we’ve been voted a Washington Post’s Top Place to Work five times.

Thank you for taking time to post you feedback. We are very happy you appreciated the team-work atmosphere and flexible working hours. Many share your appreciation as our Employees have rated us a Washington Post Top Place to work – five times! We continually poll Employees to stay in tune with what’s going on, as well as what’s needed or areas to address. Compensation is one of the dimensions of the WP Best Workplaces survey and we are committed to continuing to offer a competitive compensation package consisting of competitive salary, benefits, and performance bonus to our employees. Overwork is not tolerated here at REI Systems. True, we do have important projects and sometimes priority and schedule changes can cause planning challenges to be addressed. We strive to continually balance the needs of projects and employees to ensure that work is achieved in an environment to ensure the highest work life balance and productivity possible. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for sharing your experience. REI continually strives to make our physical space and virtual culture into spaces that encourage fun, productivity, growth and respect - a place where our employees can grow both professionally and personally. And as we grow, the dynamics of work/life balance can be tested, so the partnership between Manager and Employee is very important. Please connect with your manager to determine ways to keep your growth/work and personal needs in the appropriate balance. If you need help with that please reach out to our Human Resources Department (HR@REISystems.com) or our Professional and Personal Development Coach (Francis.Roman@REISystems.com). Both of these can be confidential avenues for you to find even better ways to enjoy and grow with REI. We're here to help!
