      Pros

      Very consistent business model based on recurring subscriptions. Very good senior leadership with a strong business strategy. Diverse range of businesses, products and industries.

      Cons

      Its not as fun and young as perhaps some other companies. But all in all a very good company to work for.

      Flexible working, intelligent respectful colleagues

      Cons

      A very impersonal organisational structure that does not encourage collaboration. Executives that are stifling the organisation because they cannot or will not change (probably golden handcuffs). Whilst they remain in place nothing will change how ever much they talk about transformation - which is really just coat cutting to maintain shareholder dividends. The most male and pale organisation I have ever worked for!
