      - Employee-owned, so each employee is entitled to company stock. - No vesting schedule for retirement account; all funds are fully vested from the beginning. - Flexible with remote/hybrid work - Pays competitively - Lots of young recent hires, so the future looks bright

      - Not as much camaraderie due to hybrid/remote work environment

      Pros

      The management and culture at RETTEW is very inclusive of teaching when mistakes are made instead of berating. The backlog of work is very exciting and innovative for the industry.

      Cons

      Some staffing shortages have led to the large backlog of work to be difficult to get through.

      Pros

      RETTEW has been and will always be like a Family. We have fun, work together as a team, look out for one another, and at times, have to work through some tough situations. Any company has its issues, but RETTEW actively seeks to become a better company and listens to its employees. I have been an employee for 13 years and have no plans of going anywhere.

      Cons

      I don't think there is anything unique to RETTEW. I am sure everyone deals with the same issues in an Engineering/Consulting Firm.
