In response to the feedback provided in your review we wanted to clarify that there is no longer a group of owners. As an ESOP, employees meeting the Plan’s eligibility requirements are all considered employee owners. It's true the A/E industry is dynamic, and changes often lead to movement. The average turnover rate in our industry is a little over 14%. While we strive to have a lower turnover rate than the industry average, we understand a certain level of turnover is inevitable; therefore, we set realistic goals that are in line with industry standards. We are proud to share that the average tenure for RETTEW employee-owners is currently 9.2 years, which speaks to our commitment to long-term employee satisfaction and growth.
