The company culture is amazing. The training is very relevant and beneficial. The CEO is super cool. It's a pretty nice place to work at. There are many office pets to play with.

-strong sales training and support from management -long-lasting business relationships and network-building -great place to start as a recent graduate or someone coming from a different career background -definitely an opportunity where you get out what you put in

Cons

-it's a grind, no doubt about that, but TOTALLY worth it given the opportunities that come out of it
