Great place to start a sales career, not the easiest when starting out coming from someone with no sales experience, but if you want to find out if sales if for you, REVGEN is the place for you. Forged so many meaningful connections here with both colleagues, leadership, and managers that I plan to stay in touch with for a long time. Sounds cheesy but the culture here really is different.

Not the best pay, not a great parking situation, 115 is a lot of calls per day

- Great atmosphere if you're looking to kickstart a career in software sales - Hands on coaching, enabling you to make the most of your experience - Younger crowd, really fun office to work in - The dogs in the office make the hard days that much better - Full transparency from senior management about how you're tracking to goal - Multiple happy hours/networking opportunities each month

Cons

- If you are looking for the most amount of money, this is not the spot for that. While it sets you up for a lot of money in the long run, it is definitely lower pay in this role - Parking is very cramped/crowded, get there early
