We really appreciate your review - Thank you for the kind words about the management team, environment, and training! We certainly do want to address your comment about commissions and the number of people graduating the program. It sounds like you may have been misinformed and this is why we encourage our employees to ask for visibility into things like this! We were happy to put together some hard numbers in an effort to shed some light and clarity. Last month, for our fully ramped reps, the commission average was $830.00 with 30% receiving over $1000.00! In regards the number of people graduating the program, we have looked into this as well! When taking out those that have self-selected, we have an 83% success rate graduating those that want to complete the program. We do hope that this provided additional clarity into our reps and their success. Thank you again for leaving us a review!
