      The best place to get your start in tech sales

      Pros

      Lots of hands on training, Managers are really in your corner, real life experience calling. After you graduate you are set up with top tech companies. I really liked how they had Sales Leaders come in and give advice to reps. I also liked the monthly happy hours & Graduation ceremonies, it was nice to bond with coworkers and see Alumni come back. So many amazing networking opportunity.

      Cons

      It is hard work! If you are not hitting goal you will not make it to graduation. They clearly explained this from day one though so I don't see it as much of a negative. If anything it's a positive because the RevGen "Graduation" title carrier so much weight in the Tech Sales Industry. So many companies were impressed I had RevGen in my resume & I graduated. It really helped me get good job offers.

      Pros

      - Revgen provides you with all the tools and skills you need to feel confident making your first cold call and every one after that. There is literally never a moment when you don't feel prepared to do your job. - The support and motivation from those around you starting from John Rosar, your team manager, and every other manager in office all the way to the dogs you start and end every day knowing that they are all in your corner rooting you on and providing you with insight to succeed in the role. -the culture in office is unlike anything that I have ever experienced before. From day one you feel like you belong here. I can say that I have made friends here that will remain in my life beyond Revgen

      Cons

      - it is a true grind. Everyone at Revgen will support you and give you the skills needed to succeed however if you don't have the confidence and the work ethic intrinsically to hit goal it will be a tough journey.
