Highly motivated peers, great learning experience especially coming in with no sales background, managers are wonderful and very helpful, clean work environment, great system in place to help you land a job after graduating and setting you up for the mindset of a true sales professional for an easy transition.

Cons

Nothing is perfect, you might find tiny things here and there, but I truly have no negative feedback. You really have to study, its hard and demanding but stay disciplined and dedicate time to this. Hold yourself accountable. Everyone is there to help and guide you. The negative comments most likely are not dedicated individuals.

Almost nothing they were horrible at managing and set you up for failure and use you to do impossible tasks, it was nice to network with the other poor workers that were getting screwed though

Cons

Nearly everything, they micromanaged and ruined my confidence starting a new career, don't work here

Our leadership team is typically applauded for their ability to manage teams and build confidence so this review was odd to read. The last thing REVGEN managers want to do is prompt employees to do their job. We do everything that we can to give trust and autonomy unless given a reason otherwise. It sounds like this simply wasn't a great fit for you. We do wish any and all employees that come through our doors the best of luck in future endeavors.

-GREAT lessons about selling/ cold calling for 4-6 months. -Great company culture -Super friendly inside/ outside of work, made a lot of friends -Remote -Great entry into sales development roles!

Cons

-Pay is 1250 every 2 weeks. -Commission based on hitting goals (different for each campaign but extremely hard for certain campaigns... can leave you frustrated) -No insurance
