      Pros

      I am so lucky I found REVGEN. I graduated from college and had no idea what I wanted to do. The career opportunity that REVGEN sets you up for is unlike anything you'll find at a typical sales organization. The leadership cares deeply about the success of their teams. The CEO has years of experience and isn't afraid to lend a hand when needed. It's very easy to compare your colleagues to family (in a good way) when working here.

      Cons

      The job is hard. I started as an SDR before moving into recruiting. My 5 months of cold calling certainly weren't the easiest. Would I do it again? Only if I had to. lol. Overall, totally worth it.

      Pros

      They hire in cohorts, so there are 20-30 people who are starting at the same time and going through the same things you are. Nice to have the community to lean on but in reality everyone is just miserable.

      Cons

      cold calling all day long.
